Nutrition Counseling

We specialize in the following for anyone age 18 or older*:

Eating disorder recovery (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED, ARFID)
Disordered eating or chronic dieting
Food or body image concerns
Intuitive eating
Intuitive movement and nutrition guidance for active people
Management of chronic health conditions (gastrointestinal conditions, digestive issues, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes)

*We occasionally work with adolescents who are seeking guidance in their eating disorder recovery, nutrition, and health. If you believe that our approach could be a good fit for your teen's needs, we encourage you to reach out for a consultation.

Explanation of our Rates

We believe that everyone deserves access to quality care, no matter their financial situation. Our support-based rate system is inspired by the Green Bottle Method, originally developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, and outlined below. Reviewing these statements may help orient you within our fee structure.

We invite you to reflect on your current access to resources and choose the rate that feels most aligned and sustainable. We trust you to select a rate that honestly reflects your present circumstances and to revisit your choice as your financial situation changes over time.

We ask that reduced-rate options be used based on current financial need, rather than preference or concern about future scarcity. If you have access to financial support (such as family or community resources) that would allow you to pay at a higher tier, we encourage you to consider utilizing those options so that lower rates remain available for those who need them most.

Pay It Forward Rate

This rate represents the highest end of our sliding scale and is intended for those with greater financial stability and those who wish to support increased access to care across the community.

Standard Rate

This rate is for those who can access nutrition services without financial strain. It reflects the full cost of care and helps maintain the sustainability of the practice.

Supported Rate

This rate is for those who can access nutrition services with some financial consideration. It is intended for individuals who may need flexibility to make care sustainable, but are not experiencing significant financial hardship.

Equity Rate

This rate is for those with limited financial resources who may be experiencing economic hardship or instability. It is designed to reduce financial barriers and support access to care. Please note, we only have a limited number of equity rate slots available.

Insurance

We are currently paneled with the following insurance providers. If you have a different plan, we can provide a SuperBill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
