SERVICES
We offer support with the following for anyone age 18 or older:

Recovery from disordered eating or chronic dieting

Food or body image concerns

Intuitive eating

Intuitive movement

Sports nutrition guidance

Management of chronic health conditions (including but not limited to): gastrointestinal conditions, digestive issues, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes

General nutrition counseling
We offer in-person services in Seattle, WA and virtual services throughout Washington State.
NUTRITION COUNSELING
INTRO CALL -
FREE
As a first step in this process, we offer a free, 15-minute introductory call so we can discuss your questions and learn more about your goals for our work together. This is also an opportunity for both of us to assess for good fit.
INITIAL SESSION -
$180 (self-pay rate)
Our first session will lay the foundation of our work together. We will spend time reviewing your medical history and your past/current relationships with food, body, and movement. We will also include time for goal setting and establish a plan for follow up sessions.
Initials sessions are 60-75 minutes.
FOLLOW UP SESSION -
$150 (self-pay rate)
Our follow up sessions will build on the groundwork laid during our initial session. We will review your goals, identify barriers, and discuss tools and interventions that will support you in meeting your goals.
Follow up sessions are 45-60 minutes.
We offer a limited number of sliding scale pricing options if cost impacts your ability to work with us.
INSURANCE
We are paneled with Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, and LifeWise.
Insurance coverage varies by policy, so we ask that you verify your coverage prior to starting our work together. We can provide a script to support you in verifying your benefits with your insurance.
If we are not in-network with your insurance company, we can provide a SuperBill for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. Please note, this does not guarantee reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider if this is of interest to you.
