Welcome to the Woven Nutrition Blog

We are so glad you are here!


Anna and Nicole here, co-owners of Woven Nutrition. We are starting off 2023 with our venture into blogging, with hopes that the content we write can serve as a resource for those hoping to learn more about, or reflect on, all things food, movement, and body. We also hope you get to learn more about us along the way. We are excited to see where this blog takes us!


We will be kicking off the new year and our new blog with our first post about Intuitive Eating, which is a framework that guides much of our work with clients. In our personal lives, Anna will be kicking off the new year with her first bikepacking trip and a new knitting project, while Nicole will be wrapping up her current season of rec volleyball and planning a ski trip with friends!
